BU Samarth Portal: Jhansi Result, Student Login & Exam Form
Only one kind of Bundelkhand University result opens through Samarth: the current first- and second-semester result. BU’s results page lists nine result links, and eight of them go to the university’s own exam site, exam.bujhansi.ac.in. So before you search for a “BU Samarth result”, check which semester and which type of course your result belongs to.
Samarth does run BU’s admissions. The 2026-27 admission portal, bujhansiadm.samarth.edu.in, covered the university and its affiliated colleges, and its registration closed on 25 October 2026. That admission portal does not show results, whatever a result guide may label it.
Which of BU’s nine result links is yours
Start from the results page on bujhansi.ac.in. It groups results by who took the exam and when. Pick your group first, then the current or archive link inside it. Only the last group in the list below sends you to Samarth, and it needs your student portal login.
Medical courses. Current Medical Result and Archive Medical Result, both on exam.bujhansi.ac.in.
Affiliated colleges. Current Colleges Result and Archive Colleges Result, on exam.bujhansi.ac.in.
University campus. Current Campus Result and Archive Campus Result, on exam.bujhansi.ac.in.
NEP courses. NEP Courses Results and Archive NEP Results, on exam.bujhansi.ac.in.
Current Ist & IInd SEM Results (Samarth Portal). This one opens the sign-in page of BU’s Samarth student portal, bujhansi.samarth.edu.in. You see the result after you log in.
The same page carries a “View Answer Booklet / Grievance” link to reevaluation.bujhansi.ac.in. Use that route to see your answer booklet or raise a grievance.
Two search traps sit close to this keyword. “Samarth portal VBU result” is Vinoba Bhave University, a different university. Some admission pages also mix in Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur, which is in Madhya Pradesh. The BU addresses on its own results and exam pages end in bujhansi.ac.in, or begin with bujhansi on samarth.edu.in.
Getting into the Samarth student portal for a semester result
BU’s student portal sign-in box asks for a username and a password. If you have never used it, click New Registration on that page and create your account first. The registration form asks you to select your programme, type your name as on your ID card, and choose a mode of registration.
There are two modes: Enrolment Number or Examination Roll Number. If you do not have your enrolment number, the form also accepts your examination roll number. Type the number, fill in the captcha and click Submit, then finish the steps the portal shows. If you forget the password later, use Reset Password on the sign-in page.

Once you are in, look for the result of the current semester. Results of other course types and the archives are listed on exam.bujhansi.ac.in, so check the matching link there if a result is not inside Samarth.
BU exam forms are filled on exam.bujhansi.ac.in, not Samarth
BU runs its exam forms on its own exam site, not on the Samarth portal. The exam site lists each form separately, with its own last date and a Details button. The college semester exam form for affiliated colleges is among them, alongside forms for campus, professional, B.Ed and M.Ed, and medical courses.
The forms listed on exam.bujhansi.ac.in include:
- Online Semester Exam Form (semester examination, professional courses);
- College Semester Exam Form, for semester exams of affiliated colleges;
- Online Campus Yearly Exam Form;
- Online B.Ed Exam Form, for the university’s B.Ed and M.Ed courses;
- Medical Examination Form;
- Online Yearly Exam Form, for annual exams of affiliated colleges;
- Back Paper College Additional Attempt;
- Fees for Viva/Practical, for paying a missed viva or practical online.
Each form opens and closes on its own date, so read the date shown against your form, not the one next to it. The exam site groups forms whose window has ended under Closed Forms.
Writing to BU about an exam form or fee problem
BU’s exam site names one channel for exam form and technical problems: the email address buonline2018@bujhansi.ac.in. The notice says problems sent to any other email or phone number will not be resolved. It also lists what every email must contain, so the office can find your form.
Put all of these in your email:
- your admission registration number, or the roll number issued by the university;
- the course you were admitted to;
- your college;
- your name and date of birth;
- the type of exam: Regular, Private, Ex-Student, Single Subject or Improvement;
- the Unique Id of your exam application form;
- the BU Reference Id of your exam fee payment.
Save the Unique Id and the BU Reference Id as soon as you submit the form and pay. The notice asks for both, and they are the two numbers that tie your payment to your form.
